🛡️ Return & Refund Policy – LumiDoor

At LumiDoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt, provided the conditions below are met.

This policy applies to orders shipped to any country.

✅ What conditions must the product meet to be returned?

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must keep the proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
  • The return must be requested within 15 days of receiving the order.

✉️ How do I request a return?

Please email contactlumidoor@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

If the return is approved, we will send you the return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

⚠️ Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to return the item, you must wait for delivery and follow our standard return process outlined above.

⚠️ Damaged items or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contactlumidoor@gmail.com, attaching clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

🚫 Items that cannot be returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products, including items customized with photos or images.
  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  • Gift cards.
  • Promotional or clearance items.

⚠️ Note for European Union customers

In accordance with Article 103(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must first request a return (if applicable). Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
  • The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
